By playing Axon: Founder Simulator ("the game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. It is a game
Axon is a simulation. Companies, investors, dilemmas and the AI mentor's answers are fiction and simplification. Nothing in the game is financial, legal or business advice. Real founder names used for presets are references to public figures for parody and educational purposes and imply no endorsement.
2. Seeds, Wisdom and purchases
- Seeds and Wisdom are virtual game points. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and can be changed or removed if the game's balance changes.
- Purchases (Seeds packs, Founder Pass) are made through the platform's store (Apple App Store, Google Play, RuStore or Telegram Stars) under that platform's terms and refund rules. Purchased items are delivered to the game profile that made the purchase.
- Everything in the game can be reached without paying. Paid items speed things up or replay moments; they never unlock content that is otherwise unavailable.
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, tamper with saves to enter leaderboards, abuse referral links with fake accounts, or attack the service. We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries or block access for abuse.
4. Your data
How data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
The game is provided "as is". We may change, pause or discontinue features, balance and prices at any time. We try to preserve progress but cannot guarantee it; back-ups of local saves are your responsibility.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
