Privacy Policy
Axon: Founder Simulator ("Axon", "we") is a startup simulation game available on the web, as a Telegram Mini App and as a mobile app. This policy explains what data the game processes and why. We built the game to need as little personal data as possible: you can play without creating an account.
What we collect
- Game progress — your company, decisions, in-game balances (Cash, MRR, Seeds, Wisdom) — stored on your device. In Telegram it can also be stored on our servers, linked to your Telegram user ID, so it survives device changes.
- Telegram data (Telegram Mini App only) — the signed launch data Telegram provides: your Telegram user ID, first name, username and language code. We use it to sign you in, to show your name in the game and on the leaderboard, and to send you a game reminder from our bot. We do not receive your phone number.
- Anonymous device sign-in (mobile apps) — a random identifier created by Firebase Authentication so your progress can be saved. It is not linked to your name, email or phone.
- Product analytics — pseudonymous events such as "app opened", "onboarding completed", "tab viewed", "first round closed". User IDs are hashed with a server-side salt before storage; we do not record taps, free text, names or in-game money values. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days.
- AI mentor requests — when you ask the in-game mentor a question, a short summary of your game state (day, cash, MRR, burn, tech debt, morale, level, office, leadership hires) and your question are sent to a language-model provider to generate the answer. No name, contact details or device identifiers are included. Requests are not used to train models by us.
- Purchases — handled by the store you bought from (Apple App Store, Google Play, RuStore or Telegram Stars). We receive a confirmation of what was bought, never your payment details.
What we do not do
- No advertising identifiers, no ad tracking across apps or sites, no sale of personal data.
- No contact lists, location, microphone, camera or photos.
- Seeds and Wisdom are game points with no cash value; they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
Where data is stored
Server-side data lives in Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Functions, us-central1, United States). Telegram data is provided under Telegram's terms. Your game progress on the device stays in the app's local storage until you delete it or reset the game.
Your choices
- Reset the game from Settings to delete local progress and profile.
- Delete server-side data (saves, leaderboard entry, analytics profile) by writing to us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the account you use, or via the "Delete my data" item in Settings where available. We delete within 30 days.
- Notifications from the Telegram bot can be stopped by blocking the bot; app notifications can be disabled in system settings.
Children
The game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. The optional "cynical mode" contains mild language and is off by default.
